Bento #5: Sushi


Sushi, Strawberry and Hello Panda

Learnt my lesson from the previous week (not posted here). This time put the dry stuffs in a separate container with cover, so it will remain crispy.

Admittedly, this took longer time to prepare than others, woke up 5.20am to get all these done.

To minimize prep, I cooked the rice on the night before just prior to sleeping. Oh, vinegar added too, and left in the warmer. Added a little more water to rice to prevent drying up.
