HappyCall Craze

There has been a craze over the HappyCall Pans 🙂  I bought not 1, but 2 too! Very good pan to help people like us who have no maid!!!

Ok, here’s a dish I made today, Braised Chicken with Bittergourd.  Since it’s food related, I will not start another blog, but will just include these in my current blog.  😉

Recipe : (erm, all estimated, adjust accordingly okie.)

Ingredients : 1 medium bitter gourd, 2 thighs 3 wings, some carrots, 10 slices ginger. 1 tbsp doujiang, can get those whole and mashed, or those pre-mashed.

Another 3 slices of ginger chopped to make some ginger juice over the chix to remove the chicky smell 😛

Seasoning : about 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp lt soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar into about a bowl of soup stock

Method : Fry ginger till fragrant. Add doujiang, fry a bit more.  Add chicken, fry till a bit cooked. Add the seasoning, bitter gourd, carrot, braise till chicken browned. 🙂 DONE!
