This is not bento related. I love clams, especially stir fried 🙂 Recipe below.
Fresh Clams, soaked in salted water to remove sand, change the water and repeat a few rounds. During the last round, make sure clams are thoroughly washed – 1 kg
Ginger – 1 tbsp chopped
Red chilli (de-seed if necessary)- 2, chopped
Garlic – 3 cloves chopped
Oil – 2 tbsp
Light Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
Rice Wine – 2 tbsp
Salt – to taste (no need too much)
Heat up oil.
Add ginger, garlic and chilli, saute till fragrant.
Add light soy sauce till fragrant.
Add clams, salt to taste, rice wine, stir fry till clams open
Serve when hot.
